日本酒の唎き酒ができる地下セラー

春夏秋冬、旬な味わいの純米吟醸や飲み頃の大吟醸、趣き深い古酒・熟成酒などが唎き酒できる地下セラー。
お酒を楽しむ順番や酒器との相性など、日本酒をより身近に感じてみてください。
ご希望の方には、お酒の説明やお酒選びのお手伝いも致します。
ぜひ、いろんなタイプの日本酒に挑戦して、心酔わせるお酒を見つけてください。

ルール

  • 禁煙にご協力ください
  • 写真撮影以外のスマートフォン等のご使用はお控えください
  • 会話はお酒の話題のみ
  • ご利用は酔わない程度の30分くらい
  • ボトルを冷蔵庫から選び出し、65mlのグラスに6分目ほど注ぐ
  • お酒をお飲みになる度に、新しいグラスをお使いください
  • お酒(グラス)のシェアはしないでください（開栓されているお酒のみ唎き酒ができます）

料金

お酒もあても各222円(税込)、お帰りの際に1Ｆで自己申告

If you want to taste sake in Osaka, please visit Shimada Shoten.
And ask the staff “Can I taste sake?” You can taste various flavors sake such as “Junmai Ginjo” and “Daiginjo” and “Aged sake” and so on.
Please tell us what you would like to try.
Our staff will recommend something for you.

Rules

  • Do not smoke in the store.
  • Do not talk on the phone, but you can take photos.
  • Sorry, stay at the cellar within 30 minutes.
  • You can use each glass and compare taste.Change glasses, when you try new one.
  • Pour sake up to 60% of the glass (65ml) to enjoy the fragrance.
  • Please do not share glass.※Sorry, you can taste only opened bottles.

Price

A glass of sake and a plate cost 222yen.
After tasting, please count your glasses and plates, and then go up to 1st floor and tell us the number.
